Where Donations Begin.
The 23rd Street location is drop-off only — no shopping floor. Donations made here are sent on to the three retail stores in the metro, where they fund City Union Mission.

Pull-in donor lane right at the receiving door. Ground-level drive-up; staff unload for you.

On the Floor
A Donation Center, Not a Shopping Floor.
Lawrence is the only one of our four stops without a sales floor — it's a working donation center. Items come in and head out on trucks to Overland Park, Shawnee, and Waldo for sale.
For Douglas County donors, it means a short trip instead of a drive to the metro. Everything still ends up funding City Union Mission's shelter and recovery work in Kansas City.

Dropping Off
What We Take Here.
Pull into the donor lane and a team member will unload at your trunk or tailgate — no carrying inside. Open every day, 10 AM to 6 PM, including weekends.
We accept clothing, shoes, housewares, books, and small electronics. We're unable to accept large appliances. Tax receipts available on request.
The Other Stops
Three More Across the Metro.
- Overland Park — Antioch Road — refreshed every morning.
- Shawnee — Our largest store, full of finds.
- Waldo — Compact, curated, and easy to shop start to finish.
