    On the Floor

A Donation Center, Not a Shopping Floor.

Lawrence is the only one of our four stops without a sales floor — it's a working donation center. Items come in and head out on trucks to Overland Park, Shawnee, and Waldo for sale.

For Douglas County donors, it means a short trip instead of a drive to the metro. Everything still ends up funding City Union Mission's shelter and recovery work in Kansas City.

    What We Take Here.

Pull into the donor lane and a team member will unload at your trunk or tailgate — no carrying inside. Open every day, 10 AM to 6 PM, including weekends.

We accept clothing, shoes, housewares, books, and small electronics. We're unable to accept large appliances. Tax receipts available on request.
