Three Things to Know.
Bring exchanges within seven days of purchase. Bring the original receipt. The price tag must still be attached to the item.
All exchanges are at the manager's discretion. We don't offer cash, card, or store credit refunds — only even exchanges for other items on the floor.
Final Sale
These Are Yours to Keep.
A few categories move too fast or carry too much risk for us to take back once they leave the store. Please check these closely before you buy — plug in the cord, sit on the cushion, flip through the pages.
Final sale items include: furniture; electronics and computers; accessories; books, music, and videos; clearance items; and anything purchased during a Sunday Sale.

If you're not sure whether something works, fits, or qualifies for an exchange, ask a staff member before you check out. We'd rather answer a question at the register than meet you in the parking lot a week later.
